The disproportionality we tasted is beyond any believe. With 17thousand dollar from Bill and Melinda Gates .Foundation to support our children in Renton School district. My question is what was Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation to use CCER to support us? Let alone Renton School district and the experience that killed our moral and made us not sure of our sense of direction. This is a moment of truth and we want you to hear our cry.. I'm a member of the Refugee and Immigrant Community leaders with no access to this support. My voice is a voice of reason and I need to understand why we are excluded from being your partners? Thank you for this opportunity to allow me have my say and not taking No as an option.

you're probably already familiar with this work, but if not might be worth looking at James Comer's work on "School Power". It's a great example of an intervention within schools that had buy-in and was sustained. I was involved in some of this work when I was in graduate school

Have you considered where CBO's with both statewide and regional (local) representation initially show-up in the co-creation process?
